    Please don’t post information like transaction codes here in the public support forums. I’ve removed that code from your post.

    That code does not match any recent transaction on WordPress.com, and the account you used to post here has never bought any upgrades on WordPress.com. I also see you have since deleted this WordPress.com account.

    If you still need help with this, please reply to the account closure email we sent you, and also please confirm for what upgrade, and on which site this payment was.
