  I wanted to add elementor to my site as a plug-in. And an​ error message appeared asking to choose the hidden or private option for the site. After making adjustments my only other option were to contact support.

  What is the URL of the site you are wanting to add the elementor plugin to?

  Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/business/

  They are usually used for WordPress.org installs which run on different software.
