    I paid $49.00 for Elementor. Do I have to pay $300 to WordPress for the business version in order to use Elementor

    Hi –

    Yes. In order to use Elementor with WordPress.com our business plan is required. That gives you the site infrastructure needed to use plugins.

    The other option you have is to go the self hosted route. It’s much more hands on. There’s no support team, and you’ll need to provide your own hosting. But that version is called WordPress.org.
