  I’m trying to upload Elementor pro that I just paid for and now WP is telling me I need to upgrade to business in order to do this. I am only creating a couple of websites and do not need a business account. Can you help? I don’t have a budget to pay for business.

  If you want to use a third-party plugin on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan. There is no way around.
