Elementor Pro default kit missing

  Hi All,

  I have been using Elementor Pro on 3 websites for a year (no previous web experience before that) have found it great and easy up until yesterday. Went to edit a page on 1 of the website yesterday (other 2 are fine) and it came up with an error when loading page to edit in elementor- default kit missing. Followed steps to restore it it didn’t work. Also tried:-

  • Clearing cache
  • deactivating all plugins – it has the error with just elementor activated
  • deleted both elementor and elementor pro and installed again still showing error
  • confirmed with our host server that this is the problem
  • elementor support ticket open but they keep automatically closing it

  can anyone help please🙏. Let me know if you need any more info.
