Eliminar una web

  Buenos días,

  Hace unos años una empresa hizo esta web: https://clinicadentalavancedental.wordpress.com/ a la que no tenemos acceso.

  Actualmente tenemos otra web en marcha nueva en http://www.avancedental.es y cuando un usuario nos busca salen ambas webs, teniendo en cuenta que la anterior no es tan buena como la actual.

  Queremos saber cómo eliminar esa web antigua teniendo en cuenta que la persona que hizo la web no hay forma de contactarla. Somos propietarios de la marca.

  Hi there,

  So, was clinicadentalavancedental.wordpress.com associated with your company or made without your companies knowledge or authorization? If you all are associated with the site, and you just wanted it taken down because it is outdated, then you will have to fill out the account recovery form to see if there is anything we can do to assist you in gaining access to the account:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form or email the account recovery team at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I can also email the current address on file to see if the user responds and is willing to take the site down. I will let you know if I am able to get ahold of the owner.
