I can’t get access to my email at pananiafreerangers.org. The email is called jaq@pananiafreerangers and although I’m an admin I can’t register it and google says the problem is at this end and not with g suite.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your account does not own the domain, pananiafreerangers.org. That domain belongs to the username, firstinklings, and the G Suite upgrade for that domain belongs to the user, freerangeveg.
This makes it very hard to help with this, as I cannot make any changes to the G Suite subscription without freerangeveg’s permission, and I cannot make any changes to the domain, for example editing the DNS records that make G Suite work, without firstinklings’s permission. You cannot give me permission to do either, as you own neither upgrade.
It appears that freerangeveg never logged in to activate the account when they first bought that upgrade. They’ll need to log in with the temporary password that was sent to them when they first bought it. If they no longer have that password, I’ll need them to post here or contact us directly so we can help with this, as we can only reset the password at the upgrade owner’s request.
And ideally I’d recommend they transfer the G Suite subscription to the firstinklings account, or that firstinklings transfer the domain to the freerangeveg account so those two upgrades can be managed by the same person.

I am free range veg so you have my permission to proceed. I also pay for the subscription. As we are partners is it not possible that we both own the domain?

You are logged in as freerangerjaq. I need you to please log in as freerangeveg and post here using that username, or I cannot reset the password for that G Suite account.
We see the owner of an upgrade as the individual username account who purchased the upgrade. There is no joint ownership of upgrades in our system, and we can only make changes to any upgrade if the specific username that owns it is making the request.
We have to be strict in this regard, especially with domains as domain ownership is governed by very specific and strict regulations that come from an organisation called ICANN. If we don’t follow ICANN’s policies, we won’t be allowed to sell domains, so we cannot make any exceptions.

Hi,
It’s really not clear how to log out of freerangerjaq and login as freerange veg in the Panania Free Rangers account. When I tried to delete the UFS1 account it took me off as an admin for Panania Free Rangers. It is sooo frustrating.

Click on the profile icon top right and click the Sign Out button. Then go to the WordPress.com home page and log in as the other username.
Or use a different browser where you are not already logged into this account.
This is why I recommend having everything in the same account, especially if you own multiple accounts that are users on the same site. It just causes unnecessary complications.
