    I am not receiving emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) at all and tried to change emails but it not working.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It doesn’t look like snhu.edu is hosted with WordPress.com. You should reach out to the domain registrar to see if the domain has the correct DNS settings to power the email address.
