  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here, and the domain is not registered with us either.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  To manage email at the domain, you’ll need to check your hosting provider’s documentation or contact their support.
