    hi there,
    I paid and upgraded to pro to connect my outlook email to wordpress. when I did a test email from the contact web page, I did not receive the email in my email box. I thought I did the right thing by upgrading, but it is still not working. I would like to cancel and get my money back if this cannot be resolved.

    I’ll be happy to help you with this. You mentioned upgrading, but it appears your site is still on the free plan. Did you perhaps upgrade a site that’s on a different account? Can you share the link to your domain so that we can check?

    You’ll want to log into the correct account so that we can verify your request and help you further. If you’re having trouble logging into the correct account, you can send us the transaction ID for your payment to WordPress.com so that we can help you with restoring your access to the other account.
