email account deleted, cant access blog

  hi,

  i had a wordpress set up and the log in account was the email account made with my hosting package. my hosting has since ended and my email account deleted. how do i go about getting back into my wordpress without being able to access my email address?

  http://thelockoff.wordpress.com/ is and always was hosted at WordPress.com. You just log in with your username and password combination. Log out of this account first.

  I cant find the log in or reset the password because the email address has been deleted. Do you have any suggestions on how i find our my username password without the email?
