Email Address

    Hi, there … I’m trying to change my email address to, (email visible only to moderators and staff), and I’m getting a message that the email is already being used. I deleted the account I set up with that email, and am still getting the message. Can you help, please? Thanks!

    It will take 30 days for that email address to be released. If you are unable to wait that out, then my suggestion is to restore the deleted account.

    Once that account has been restored you can change the email address to a throw away option on that account. It will free up the address for us on another account. Then, you can re-delete the account.

    You’ll need to write back to us from the notification that we sent to you via email when the account was deleted letting us know that you want it to be restored.
