Email Address Change

  I am trying to change my email address for my website. It keeps sending a confirmation email to an email address that no longer exists so I can not authenticate the change in email. I’ve also now tried to activate SSL and that confirmation also went to my old email address that no longer exists. Please help!

  Hi there!

  I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites under this account and you’re already logged in to your WordPress.com account. What’s the address of the site that you’re trying to change the email address for?

  The website is a wordpress site hosted by GoDaddy. It is transformwithtara.com – my dashboard says there is a pending email address change but I have to log in to my tippytrez account to authorize the change but my tippytrez account no longer exists. Thanks!

  I see that you confirmed your email with your WordPress.com successfully, but the site isn’t hosted with us – it is a self-hosted WordPress.org site with Go Daddy, I would recommend reaching out to Go Daddy regarding changing the email address.
