email address displayed for followers receiving email notifications

When my followers receive a notification of a new post by email, it comes from “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” instead of my blog’s email address. How can I change this so that the email updates are coming from our site and not wordpress?

All email notifications are sent from that address. There is no way to change it at this time.

Is there a way to change the name associated with the email address? So currently the new post emails are addressed From: WordPress <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>
Can it instead say From: PilotPartisan <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>

I receive email notifications from other blogs that come from the blogs name, not wordpress so this must be possible. Can you please look into more?

You’ll need to enter a Site Title for your blog at Settings -> General, then it will be sent with your emails.
