Email address transferred to Titan

    I had a wordpress site but had to transfer. I created an email address through a worpress partner (Titan) I’d like to transfer the mail address to Titan for them to host becuase I no longer have a wordpress site. How can I get that done?

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
