Email address unassociated with my employer’s account

  I am not asking about the account I am currently using. My employer (I am his assistant) has his entire website set up through WordPress. We are migrating our hosting from one place to another and I can not sign into his WordPress account. I have the user name and every time I ask to reset the password it appears to be associated with NONE of his email accounts, all of which I have access too. I need help stat. We need to get this site up and running. Thanks.
