  I’m trying to set up my address and it keeps telling me I’m not using a valid email address.

  Hi there,

  Can you share with us the email address you are trying to use? Our forums software will block this so no one from the public can see it (but staff can) and with that info we are happy to look up the address and see why it is causing issues, thanks!
