Email and account problem

    Someone set up wordpress page on my behalf, but it’s since been deleted. I have paid for another site (£36 package) under the same name but an incorrect email was used. I can’t seem to correct this in settings. The account is for BFI Future Film Academy 2018 and my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I need to action some work on this site urgently as I run an education project so would be grateful for a fix asap. Thanks.

    Hi futurefilmbfifilmacademy,

    What is the username of the account you purchased the upgrade through? Or the incorrect email address (the one you mentioned is connected to the account you are posting from)?

    Could you try logging back in to the other account and changing the email address on your Account Settings page? This will send a confirmation email and link to the new address.
