email and domain help

I went into my account settings to change my email address and when I enter my address it says it already exists on my account so it won’t update it. My free domain theupliftingchannel.wordpress.com is not showing my website it takes you to a post and when you select blog it says: Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.
We can’t connect to the server at theupliftingchannel.com. I’m so confused.

Where exactly are you trying to change the email, and what are you trying to change it to? The only place to change the email on a WordPress.com username account as it https://wordpress.com/me/account/, and you can see the email currently in use for your account there as well.

I don’t see any link on that site that says “Blog”. Where exactly are you selecting that?
That site is working fine for me, and shows the last post published on the site as Message To Lightworkers, Love Yahwey, published on 5 April: https://theupliftingchannel.wordpress.com/2019/04/05/message-to-lightworkers-love-yahwey/

You used to have the domain, theupliftingchannel.com, registered with us and connected to that WordPress.com site. But that domain expired in September last year, and was completely removed from our system in December. Currently that domain does not exist, so no link using that domain will work.
