Email and Username not recognized

    Hi! So due to security reasons, WordPress logs me out everytime my session expires and I have to log in once again. And each time I try to log in, I get the message that my username and my email id are not recognized. I have to request for a password reset and funnily enough, the password reset email is sent to the very email id that is ‘not recognized’ by WordPress.
    I can’t keep resetting my password each time I want to log in and I don’t know if the issue is with the email/username field or the password field (I double checked that I enter the correct password each time but still receive an error)! Help please! TIA

    Just to confirm — are you having trouble logging in at https://wordpress.com? Or does this happen when you try to login to the site directly at http://platterati.com/wp-admin?
