    I have a wordpress page on a website created by my webmaster who is no longer available to work on my site. i decided to start a wordpress account of my own, however, it keeps saying that the email I want to use visioncarriers.com is not available to me (that has been my address since 1999). When I try to get an updated password, nothing arrives in my mail.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    visioncarriers.com is not an email, it’s a domain, and that domain is not registered or hosted with WordPress.com

    That domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, and it appears that there’s also GoDaddy email set up on that domain, so I suggest you contact them for help with that site and any connected email accounts.
