email change

  I am trying to update my email address. I no longer have access to old address and the update form sends out a email needing confirmation apparently to the old address as I am not receiving a confirmation email. How do I fix this?

  Be sure to choose an address that is not already in use by another account. Cheers!

  Thank you. I guess the email I was changing to was already in use elsewhere was the problem.

  @lmorton2013 Ah, yeah that will do it. If you prefer, you could change the email address on the other account, or we can help you transfer sites and what not to the other account. Let us know if you need more help!
