  HI, I have an issue with the email registered at rioonthemap.com, The owner of the email registered will not accept the request to change it, he is my old web-designer and we don´t speak. Please help.!

  Rio on the map is my domain and rioonthemap.com is my site

  Hi @fertonaniecommerce, that site is with Hostgator rather than with us. If you are paying them for hosting, I recommend getting in touch with them to gain access to the hosting account and ensure you have backups, then using the documents and forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums to update your email.
