email change to my account

    Lost my Live.com account to hackers – MS tech support set me up with a outlook.com new email. I did the change in WP but my profile shows pending change still – how can I get that to be accepted and my new email address as the main?

    Old email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) no longer works
    New Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    Biz Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi dkingsford,

    We sent a confirmation email to the new address, can you check whether that has come through? You’ll need to click on the confirmation link in order to update the email address.

    If you can’t find the confirmation email, it would be worth checking your spam folder in case the email has gone there.
