Hello, the email I registered for my blog was from a community college address. Unfortunately, I have no information you need to check the boxes above but I must use one to send this message to you.
Since then that email has been deleted by the college, I need to use my current email and would like to keep my WordPress.com site (blog). I have gone through the forums and found no help on this problem, please help me correct this matter. Perhaps I can answer a secret question that is on file. Thank you so much.WP.com: Yes

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?
This will help us to point you in the right direction. Ideally, you’d need to regain access to the original account to obtain access to the site.

Hello alone89, thanks for the reply. My site is
“hmbdesignstudio.wordpress.com”. Unfortunately, I have no access to the email which I made the WordPress account with because it was the City College of San Francisco account and has been deleted by the said college. So I have no way of reaching the old emails to retrieve any access information about my account with WordPress. I eagerly looking forward to a solution for my problem, anything that can help me gain access to my account. Please help me out of this predicament. If there is a secret question to answer I would be happy to reveal the answer. Thank you so much for your help. -
Hello there,
Ideally you’d need to verify ownership of the account using these methods
Transaction ID: A transaction ID is a unique alphanumeric code generated for your payment. If you purchased an upgrade on the site with credit card, PayPal, or another method, you can retrieve a transaction ID from the respective account statements, or locating a past WordPress.com receipt sent to your email address.
Activation URL or key: When you created your WordPress.com account, we sent an activation link to your email address that you were required to click. If the email you received included a confirmation button instead of a link, you can copy the activation URL by right-clicking on the button and selecting “Copy Link Address” (this text may be vary slightly depending on your browser).
Two-Step Authentication Codes: If you have two-step authentication enabled on your account, you can provide a current code from your authenticator app to prove ownership.Failing that, we can attempt to follow this guidance here: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-established
I hope this helps.
