Email Changes

  Hi. My email is used for business purposes and I have set it up for this. But, I have a few issues:
  1) Using a .com address it sometime does not go straight through to my clients and lands in their spam folder, which most of them them never check. I have missed out on a lot of business due to this issue.
  2) Recently my icon changed from my business picture/icon to just the first letter of my name. I didn’t change this. Tried to changed this, but couldn’t do it. Looks like it is locked now. Why did this happen? And how can I get it back?
