  I am a new novice user. I purchased a theme, and am trying to give the developer access to my wordpress account so they can install the theme. However, even though I’m able to log in on my own computer, I’m unable to generate a new password or retrieve my old one because there is no email address associated with the account. When I try to add any email address, I get the following message: There is a pending change of your email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Cancel

  I purchased the domain using google, the hosting using bluehost, and linked the wordpress site from there. Please help.

  If you’re hosting with Bluehost, we cannot help you. This forum is only for sites hosted on WordPress.com.
