Email confirmation hasn't arrived

  The confirmation mail hasn’t arrived with the autorized code to transfer my domain sandrinemoge.com.
  I followed the instructions to transfer it and when it is time to send the email with the code I clicked on send and no email are received. I try since one month and the same problem appears everytime i tried.

  Hi there,

  Can you please try sending the transfer authorization code again? Then, please check your email’s Spam folder (as well as the Social and Promotions tabs if you are using Gmail) to see if the email ends up there?

  If you still do not receive the email, please let me know.
