  Hi there,

  Of which subscription are you speaking? Your account only owns a brand new Premium Plan purchased yesterday.

  Existing upgrades can be renewed from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, but you have to be logged into the account that owns the upgrade in question to do that.
