  How can I set up my website so that viewers can follow my blog via email?

  Hi there,

  Any WordPress.com account holder who follows your site can activate email notifications from their Reader settings, as explained here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/#manage-email-and-im-settings-for-specific-blogs

  You can also add a Follow Blog widget to your site which will allow both WordPress.com users and non-WordPress.com users to easily follow your site via email:
