Email for subscription confirmation doesn't arrive to interested subscribers

Hello,
Several friends complained that they tried to subscribe my blog but they never received the email that would allow them to confirm the subscription.
I tried it myself and some of my email addresses worked some others didn’t.Hope you can help me with this. Having subscribers is an important part of having a blog.

Hi there,
Can you please provide some of the email addresses of people who did not receive the confirmation email? Then I can check the settings for those emails.
Add each email address on its own line and it will be hidden from public view.

We sent out confirmation emails for both those addresses, and they’re showing as successfully delivered on our end.
I notice both are Gmail addresses. Gmail has some automatic filters that often prevents our emails from going to your inbox. Please check the Social and Updates folders in Gmail, and also try searching for “wordpress.com”. You should find the emails there, or in the Spam folder.

You are right. I found the messages. I’m asking my friends to do the same.
If they find the messages then the “topic” is solved.

Our logs show emails were sent out for both those addresses as well.
Ask them to please go to this page:
If they enter their email address there, they’ll receive an email with a unique link which will take them to their subscription settings. If they click on the Pending tab there, they should be able to confirm their subscription from there.
But if they don’t receive the confirmation email there’s a chance they won’t receive the new post notifications either. So they can also try adding
