  Hi I contacted 123-reg on the 18th January 2016 as I am unable to send or receive emails.
  I have looked into this and it seems that the domain coullcoaching.co.uk is not currently using 123-reg MX records.
  The 123-reg MX records are responsible for receiving emails for the Mailboxes created in your 123-reg account.
  As the domain in question is not using the 123-reg MX records, keep in mind that the Mailbox (email visible only to moderators and staff) will not be able to receive emails.
  For the Mailbox to function properly, please contact WordPress and ask them to add the 123-reg MX records from their end.
  The 123-reg MX records are: -mx0.123-reg.co.uk priority 10 -mx1.123-reg.co.uk priority 20
  Please make sure to only leave the 123-reg MX records and delete the current MX record that is set up in their control panel.
