  The instructions on your site say to navigate to my site -> upgrades -> emails and select email forwarding, but my site doesn’t list this option. Could you please help?

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  Your site doesn’t have any domains at the moment. That’s why you don’t see the option to set up email forwarding on this account. Perhaps you have a different WordPress.com account where you have a domain? If so, please log in to that account and follow the instructions here to set up email forwarding for that domain: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/email-forwarding/
