  Hi, I’m trying to set up email forwarding but I get the error message that the ‘zone does not exist’.

  Hi there,

  To get help with that you need to contact Bluehost which hosts both your domain and your site.

  The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using.
