Email forwarding

    Hi!
I am following your directions for email forwarding. However it says that it is being handled by somebody else than WordPress. This is not so, maybe I entered something wrong when I changed the domain to http://www.romyfoods.com
The company where I bought the domain says I should contact WordPress for email matters. They sent me these stats:
    romyfoods.com 297 IN A 66.155.9.238
    romyfoods.com 297 IN A 76.74.254.120
    romyfoods.com 297 IN A 76.74.254.123
    romyfoods.com 297 IN A 192.0.81.250
    romyfoods.com 21597 IN NS ns1.wordpress.com
    romyfoods.com 21597 IN NS ns2.wordpress.com
    romyfoods.com 21597 IN NS ns3.wordpress.com
    romyfoods.com 21597 IN SOA

    refresh: 14400

    Hi Karoline,

Right now, your domain is set up with an MX record so your email is handled by mx4.tba.net. (MX records are the domain records that control who handles your email service.) As long as you have email service set up with a different email service provider, WordPress.com can’t set up email forwarding.

If that’s a mistake, though, you can delete the MX record for your domain. You can do that under Store > My Domains in your site’s dashboard. Click the Edit Domain button and then go to the “Edit DNS” tab.

Under “Existing DNS Records” you’ll see one MX record listed there. You can hover over that MX record and then click the trash icon that appears on the far right. That will delete your MX records so that WordPress.com handles your email service. (Please note that will stop email service for any existing email addresses that use your custom domain.)

You can then set up email forwarding with this guide: Email Forwarding

Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
