Email Forwarding Problem

I set up email forwarding. I have no problem sending an outgoing email with the “new” email address, but people are unable to reply. When choosing the “reply” button it gives an error that reads “: is not valid email address. Do you want to send anyway.” However, if they manually type in the email address it seems to work. Please help.

I’m seeing that you are using MX records instead of forwarding for stonewoodpropertiesnc.com. Did you switch to MX records after you submitted this help request? Or did you mean to ask about MX records instead of forwarding?

I did not get a response here on how to resolve my email forwarding issue, so I found my own solution via an email hosting company and it’s working fine now.
