Email Forwarding Suddenly Stopped

Hi all,
I’ve had email forwarding set up from my domain to an outlook.com email address for over three years with no problem at all. Suddenly as of this week, not all of my emails are coming through – and they aren’t in spam. They just aren’t arriving at all. And the sender isn’t getting an email saying that it’s not been delivered, so I have no idea what’s going on. I’m a bit worried about all the emails I’m not receiving and where else they might be going.
As I said, the settings haven’t changed in three years and on checking, it still says the right forwarding address.
Any help will be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Please delete and create the forward again and see if this resolves the issue. If it isn’t, then let us know and we can further troubleshoot the issue.
