    Hello, We are currently wanting to switch the email of this account from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    It doesn’t look like the email is going out for some reason.

    Do you have access to the current email address on the account? I see it’s not verified yet, so we might need to help you manually verify it first before you’ll be able to change it.
