Hi,
I have accidentally logged the email address with the wrong email domain and linked it with my WordPress account. WordPress has accepted the email address as it is a valid email address. However, that is not the correct email address.
Is there any way that we can override the email change without going through the incorrect email listed? I have no association with the incorrect email address & I require this WordPress blog address to coincide with our other social media accounts.
If someone can get back to me ASAP, that would be greatly appreciated.

If you are able to log into WordPress.com, you can change the email address associated with the account in your personal settings. https://wordpress.com/settings/account/
Do note that you will not be able to use an email address already in use by another WordPress.com account.

As justjennifer mentioned, if you are able to log into WordPress.com, you can change your email address to the correct one from your account settings.
If you aren’t able to log in to your account, you can visit this page:
