  Hello, we have recently changed email provider from ionos to office 365 and all of sudden I am not receiving my web enquires from the website.

  Are you talking about shemoves.uk? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with 1&1 Ionos.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
