Email not working since mapping domain

    My email isn’t working since I mapped my domain – I entered the MX info (I think) but its been not working for over 24 hrs – I contacted 1and1 who the domain is with and they said to contact here – can anyone help please?

    Hi there, I see that you entered this MX record on your custom DNS page:

    MX 0 1AND1.CO.UK.

    That’s pretty close! These are the standard MX records for 1&1, which I just entered in your custom DNS for you:

    MX 10 mx00.1and1.com.
    MX 20 mx01.1and1.com.

    You may need to wait a few hours for your email to start working. If it still doesn’t work after a little wait, you can contact 1&1 and ask them for the DNS records you’ll need for your email to work. You can reply here with that information, and I’ll help you enter it on this end.

    Sorry, one quick correction to my last message. I gave the .com MX records, but you’ll need these .co.uk MX records:

    MX 10 mx00.1and1.co.uk.
    MX 20 mx01.1and1.co.uk.

    I just updated your custom DNS to match that. :)
