Email notification address not working on Form Builder

    I’ve created a page with a form. On the email notifications tab of Form Builder I enter an email address and save. I am told it saves successfully. However when testing the form I am not receiving feedback – at the email address or in the Feedback section of the Dashboard. When I go back to the page and the Form Builder the email address is not populated in the Email Notifications tab.
