  I have entered my email address on the Two Writing Teacher’s site in order to receive email notifications for their blog posts, and I am not receiving emails. Thank you in advance for your help.

  This is happening because you have blocked email updates from WordPress.com. To resolve this please go to https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/subscriptions and uncheck the Block emails box at the bottom of the page. Then subscribe again to that site.
