Email Notifications

    Hello,

    I am receiving comments from visitors that when they elect to receive emails when new comments or posts are posted they receive 4 emails with the same thing. #1: Is this an error? Why would they be receiving multiple emails? #2: What should I advise them to do as far as changing their notification settings?

    Hi there,

    That is strange! They shouldn’t be receiving four emails. If you followers are email followers please have them check their settings here:

    Status

    If they are WordPress.com followers, they can check their settings here:

    https://wordpress.com/following/edit/

    If they continue to receive four emails for every notification, please have the followers contact me directly.
