Email Notifications Across ALL sites
-
Hello! I manage several websites all on WordPress platforms. I am unable to receive any notifications when anyone submits a form, or any other kind of activity. This is happening across all websites. The other individuals that are assigned to receive notifications are receiving them, so I do not understand why it is just me. I have checked all settings and junk folders. There is nothing indicating a problem. I cannot update an email address either as I never receive the email to confirm the change. Please assist as I have people submitting information for approval and never know it happens. Thank you.

Hi there,
For which sites are you not receiving notifications, and at which email address are you expecting to receive them?
The site at http://frenchgirlsguidetofood.wordpress.com/ has not been updated since 2014, and I don’t see any recent email update requests for the account you’re using to post here.
If you’re referring to changing the email address for the admin account on a stand-alone WordPress site, we cannot help you here. Those emails are sent direct from your site on your hosting provider’s server, and has nothing to do with WordPress.com. In that case, please ask in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:
