Email Notifications for Comments

  I have the email notification enabled for when new comments appear on blog posts or for when one is held for moderation. However, I have not been receiving these notifications. As an example, my most recent blog post is http://www.katielcarroll.com/the-grounding-is-going-strong/. The two comments (not including my replies to those comments) were not sent to my email as notification. This has been happening for a few weeks now. Also, (and this may be entirely unrelated but worth noting) I’ve noticed my dashboard running very slowly, pictures not showing up in preview mode, and pictures in general not always loading while on my website.
