Email notifications for followers about new posts

Hello, Is there any way i can have mywebsite send out notifications when i post new things?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Email notifications are built into every WordPress.com site by default, but your followers control whether they receive email notifications or not. You can’t control that.
To make it easier for people to sign up for email notifications, consider adding the Follow Blog widget to your site:
You can also invite people as followers under My Site ->People ->Add.
Existing followers can enable email notifications in their Reader settings:
