Email Notifications to Private Blog Users

  How can I have any new posts auto-emailed to all of the users/viewers signed up for my private blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If they have signed up for email notifications, the posts will be emailed to them. But you cannot force them to receive that email if they have not chosen to.
