email notifications & upload images

    Hi

    We are having 2 issues on our site (extremedogfence.com):
    – We are not getting email notifications when somebody post a comment.
    – When I upload an image to the Media, the image thumbnail is a gray box and they are showing on live site. This was working perfectly until I changed the site directory to GO LIVE.

    Hi Diego,

    Your site extremedogfence.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Simple Helix / Alpha Hosting. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
