Email Order not showing Subtotal

    When a customer places an order on my site and the site sends me the order confirmations, it doesn’t show a value in the subtotal. When I view the order in a browser to print it shows the subtotal. When I send test emails through the email template it shows the subtotal.

    I’ve tried many different email template themes, and when a customer places an order, it never shows the subtotal when the email confirmation for that order comes in.

    I’m just confused as to why this happens. Any help is greatly appreciated.
